Our Tower 15, 2018 Cinsaut delivers floral and ripe strawberry notes as well as hints of various dried fruits. The grapes for this small-lot bottling come from Camp 4 Vineyard, Camp 4 Vineyard, owned by the Chumash Tribe, in the Los Olivos District of the Santa Ynez Valley. The majority of our Cinsault was added to our 'Jetty' blend, leaving only a limited amount for this single varietal bottling. All grapes are hand sorted before fermented in small lots and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels before bottled.
